1. General
1.1
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“You”) place an order via www.idealunderwear.com and www.idealunderwear.se and related pages, (the website). Agreement is entered into between you and Ideal Underwear of Lapland AB organization number 559369-1990 (“IDEAL”). Detailed contact details and other information about IDEAL can be found on the Website. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the Website.

1.2. We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the one that is on the website when you place the order.
1.3
To be able to order on the Website, you must be 18 years of age. IDEAL, in accordance with Swedish law, also does not accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. IDEAL reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment objections).
1.4
IDEAL reserves itself for final sales and any image and typographical errors on the Website. Although we make every effort to ensure that all information is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect prices, typing errors, typos and price adjustments or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. IDEAL has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item you have ordered, IDEAL will of course notify you of this and wait for your approval of the corrected price before IDEAL continues with the order

2. Agreement and Order
2.1 Only persons older than 18 may place orders. Inaddition, the order must not be placed for commercial activity or self-employment for yourself or a third party. Delivery of goods only takes place in small quantities.
2.2. Each order placed constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. We must approve all orders.
2.3. Once you have placed your order and provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been received. A purchase agreement is only entered into when IDEAL has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from IDEAL by e-mail. IDEAL invites you to save this order confirmation for any contact with IDEAL’s customer service.
2.4. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as we can. If payment for an order has beenprocessed and we have already received payment for the order, the amount will be refunded using the payment method of your choice.

3. Customer information etc.
3.1
IDEAL recommends that you create a member account before shopping on the Web site. When you register your member account and/or place an order, YOU will be asked to provide certain personal data. You confirm that the information you fill in is correct and complete and are responsible for incorrectly filled information.
3.2
You undertake to ensure that no one else can use your login details. You may ot disclose username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing information about username and password are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. You must notify IDEAL immediately if it is suspected that an unauthorized person as gained access to your password, if this is not done, IDEAL may hold you responsible for the purchases made with your login details.
3.3
If IDEAL suspects that you are abusing your member account or your login details or otherwise breaching the Terms and Conditions, IDEAL has the right to suspend you. IDEAL also has the right to assign you new login details.

4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. Prices and offers on the website are valid when displayed, unless other specific terms are stated on the website. Prices in the store, in catalogs and online may differ from each other.
4.2.Although we make every effort to ensure that all information is correct, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect prices, typing errors or typos.
4.3. The prices shown online include the statutory VAT, but not delivery costs. More information about delivery costs can be found in our delivery conditions
5. Payment methods
You decide yourself how you want to pay for the goods. There are a number of payment options to choose from.
6. Delivery and transport
6.1
We strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur. You of course have the right to cancel your order if the delivery is delayed.
Goods that are in stock normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website. More information about IDEAL’s delivery of goods and conditions for delivery can be found here.
6.2
Shortly after your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your order.
6.3
If packages are to be redeemed, you must do this within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. You always receive a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail and, if you have provided a mobile number, also via phone calls or SMS. If you do not pick up the package, IDEAL has the right to charge you a fee of SEK 299.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item, you can cancel or return your order without any particular reason from the day the order is placed up to and including 14 days after receiving the ordered package by notifying in writing and returning the item or simply by sending the item back. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. We use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s form, it can be found here

7.2
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to IDEAL. The item must be sent well packaged in good condition. If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, IDEAL has the right to make a depreciation deduction.
7.3
When you cancel your purchase, IDEAL will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of you choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by IDEAL. When part of an order is returned, the delivery cost is not refunded. From the amount to be refunded, IDEAL has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to You having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.
8. Reservation of ownership and complaints
8.1
The goods delivered to you remain the property of IDEAL until full payment has been made. As long as the property has not been officially handed over to you, you are obliged to handle the goods with the utmost care. If the delivered goods are seized or affected by a third party, you are obliged to immediately inform us in writing.

8.2
We offer a right of complaint of 3 years from the date of purchase noted on your receipt. In order for a complaint case to be processed, a receipt should therefore be presented. During this time, we remedy all errors that fall under the statutory right of complaint. The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or damage caused by external influences. Action under the right of complaint means that the product is either repaired or replaced, the right to choose alternatives may be limited by legal reservations. If it is not possible to deliver a replacement product, you can choose to cancel the purchase contract.
8.3
IDEAL is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.
8.4
When the complained item is returned and the complaint is approved, IDEAL will
compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. IDEAL strives for this to take place within 30 days of IDEAL receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. IDEAL reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. 9. Transport damage
If damage occurs during transport, you must report visible damage directly to the transport company that delivered the package to you – for Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden contact PostNord, for other countries contact UPS or DPD.
10. Copyright and other intellectual property rights
The design of this website and all text, graphics, information and all content and other materials displayed on or downloadable from this website are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and may not be used in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions, or with our prior express written permission.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, without limitation, infrastructure problems, government intervention, war, civil unrest, hijackings, fires, floods, accidents, storms, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.
12. Assignment
IDEAL reserves the right to assign claims for overdue payments that have arisen in connection with goods delivered to third parties.

13. Changes to the Terms
IDEAL reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the moment you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website). However, IDEAL recommends that you keep up-to-date on the Website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
14. Invalidity
If a competent court, authority or arbitration panel should find that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute
15.1
Disputes must primarily be resolved by consensus after discussion with IDEAL’s customer service.
15.2
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with IDEAL’s customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (General Complaints Board), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission’s platform for mediation in disputes, which you can find via the following link https:// ec.europa.eu /consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without court involvement.
In the event of a dispute, IDEAL follows the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
15.3
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and decided in accordance with point 15.2 above or in the last instance by a general court.
